Elda Pere is a passionate supporter of underrepresented communities and women in STEM. She currently works as a data science consultant for Accenture in San Francisco, California and works on a range of AI projects for companies such as Google. She spends part of her free time writing, with “Ennie & Entropy '' being her first publication in a science children’s book series in both English and Albanian. Her other contributions include data science projects targeting Albanian audiences, leading an initiative to 3D print free prosthetic arms and advocating for opportunities for community college students with Phi Theta Kappa, in which she sat on the Board of Directors.
Pere has been recognized as New Jersey Student of the Year and a Jack Kent Cooke scholarship recipient. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Data Science at the University of California, Berkeley.
